It took me a second to work out what I was looking at. These are brilliant.
Eric Y. Huang aka Gingashi - DC Villains Mash-Ups
Whenever you think you already saw everything, here comes something brand new ! What about mash-ups between DC villains from Gotham City ? Kudos to Gingashi for this awesomeness !
C’est toujours quand on pense avoir tout vu qu’on tombe sur du nouveau… A savoir des mash-ups de super-méchants tout droit sortis de Gotham City ! Bravo à Gingashi pour son imagination.

Holy awesomeness Batman, check out this incredible LEGO Batman Batcave!
Built as an MOC collaboration project between Carlyle Livingston II and Wayne Hussey, this remarkable miniature Batcave was created over the course of twelve weeks - 800 hours of labour. It even has all the relevant Bat-vehicles: Batmobile, Batcopter, Batcycle and so on. Altogether 20,000 parts and pieces were used to build the LEGO Batcave, which weighs an impressive 100 pounds. It even lights up using “battery powered LED Christmas lights and LED flash lights cannibalized and rewired to run off one battery.”
Be sure to visit Carlyle’s Flickr page to check out detailed photos of this amazing creation.

Still the definitive Batman. And the reason I love comics.
Today is the 20th Anniversary of BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES. I didn’t write anything new because I was busy detailing the miseries of Funky Winkerbean last night, but here are some things I’ve written about the show in the past:
1: The Ten Best Episodes of Batman: The Animated Series - “Best,” of course, being a shorter version of “my personal favorites.” I still think people who don’t like “The Forgotten” are the wrongest wrongs in Wrongtown, though.
2: The 14 Best Title Cards - One of my favorite things about the series, and one of the factors contributing to its unique look and beautiful aesthetic.
3: A Shot-By-Shot Breakdown Of The Opening Sequence - How B:TAS tells you everything you need to know about Batman in 57 dialogue-free seconds.
4: Animated Batmanology: Tyger Tyger - David Uzumeri and I break down one of the all-time worst episodes of the series, in which Catwoman turns into a cat woman.
BONUS: War Rocket Ajax partner-in-crime Matt Wilson writes up the ten worst episodes, which surprisingly doesn’t have any overlap with my ten best.
This show is why I read comics. Yay!
….on second thought, maybe I should be angry at it.

And now, DC Nation’s beautifully animated The Bat Man of Shanghai. The character designs for Catwoman and Batman are fantastic.
