These are not parody ads. This is actual advertising work done by the Venezuelan ad firm ZEA BBDO.
One can only assume that the child advertising and trademark laws are somewhat looser in Venezuela.

This is a French commercial for Orangina Naturally Juicy featuring overtly sexualized forest animals dancing. Deeply weird and disturbing. Probably NSFW. Probably also not safe for your continued mental well-being. I don’t know what the ad agency’s goal was, but I suspect the mixture of confusion and “oh god why can’t I stop watching” is not what they were going for.
